We help you select delicious, nutritious and satisfying meals, snacks and desserts by highlighting well-balanced menu choices and providing nutritional information and tips to help you make choices that fit your needs.

Allergen Friendly Options

Simple Servings is an award-winning concept that offers homemade and delicious meals prepared without 7 of the 8 FDA most common allergens, including milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, and wheat. This station appeals to students who prefer simply prepared and healthier recipes. Some favorite dishes include baked sweet potatoes, roasted chicken, halibut fillets, steamed vegetables, and a vibrant vegetable bar! additionally, all of our dishes served at this station are gluten-free. A small refrigerator is also part of this station to offer gluten-free wraps, pizza dough, and bread products.

Wellness Pantry

Look for the section of your C store offering healthier items made with whole grains and reduced fat and calories. You may also find organic and gluten-free items in this section.


Gluten-Free Offerings

We will accommodate customers with foods made without gluten-containing ingredients and protected from cross-contact with gluten. Many dining services provide separate areas or serving stations where exclusively gluten-free foods are provided. Chefs work closely with customers to meet special needs such as a gluten-free diet.


Vegan Offerings

Vegan offerings contain no meat, fish, eggs, milk or other animal-derived products such as honey. Look for the menu icon to find vegan items daily.


Vegetarian Offerings

Menu items with the vegetarian icon contain no meat, fish or poultry, nor any meat products such as soup base. Our vegetarian offerings meet the needs of lacto-ovo vegetarians, and may include eggs and/or dairy products.
